Research on the Model of a Navigation and Positioning Algorithm for Agricultural Machinery Based on the IABC-BP Network

Improving the positioning accuracy and stability of a single BDS/INS sensor system in agricultural machinery is important for expanding application scenarios machinery. This paper proposes navigation model based on an improved bee-colony-algorithm-optimized BP network (the IABC-BP model). The main aspect this work involves introducing adaptive coefficients speed adjustment that obey Gaussian distribution to ensure balance between rate convergence, group flexibility, searchability search process. implicit layer formula proposed, established using IABC algorithm Kalman filter. Simulation tests analyses real-world were conducted model, results showed that, compared with original performance by 90.65%, 84.11%, 25.96%, indicating proposed has high effectiveness. In information fusion compensation correction mode, processes errors such as longitude latitude within target range can achieve reliable short period. At same time, good generalization ability, be applied other future expand its scope.
